Independent UAS regulatory & engineering partner

Make complex drone operations safe, authorisable and scalable.

ConOps qualification, SORA 2.5, SAIL determination, operational authorisation, aircraft evidence and continuing compliance — from concept of operations to keeping the authorisation valid as your operation changes.

  • SORA 2.5 & SAIL
  • BVLOS & autonomous systems
  • DVR & aircraft evidence
  • EASA framework · DGAC/AlphaTango

01 · Services

Operational authorisation, backed by the full value chain.

The lead service is making complex missions authorisable — and we guide you through the whole operation lifecycle to resolve what the assessment exposes, in the aircraft, the organisation or the business case.

Operational authorisation & SORA/SAIL

A traceable safety argument — not a populated template. We align the aircraft, airspace, ground risk, safety objectives, organisation and operational reality into one coherent dossier, then stay engaged through authority questions.

EASA SORA 2.5 framework · DGAC/AlphaTango submission practice in France.

Discuss this project
  • ConOps qualification and pathway decision (STS / PDRA / SORA)
  • SORA 2.5 assessment: GRC, ARC, mitigations, SAIL determination
  • OSO evidence matrix and containment argument
  • Operations manual, ERP and compliance evidence
  • Authority-response support through to decision
  • Post-authorisation change management

Aircraft & technical evidence

Design evidence that survives SORA and DVR scrutiny. We close the gap between what the operation requires and what the aircraft file demonstrates.

  • C-class conformity and EU 2019/945 technical files
  • EASA Design Verification Report (DVR) preparation
  • SC Light-UAS means of compliance, SAIL III evidence
  • Reliability & safety analyses: FHA, FMEA/FMECA, FTA
  • Containment, lost-link and flight-test evidence

Continuing operations support

Support beyond submission, so that new sites, aircraft, configurations and countries don't force you to restart from zero.

  • Regulatory watch and controlled documentation
  • Configuration baseline and change classification
  • Safety management, audits and occurrence assessment
  • Route and site replication with delta assessments
  • Cross-border deployment and renewal support

One connected value chain

Each capability exists to unblock the others. An authorisation project can draw on any of them.

  • Aircraft complianceEvidence the SAIL demands
  • ProductionApproved configurations stay controlled

02 · First engagements

A bounded first step, before a large commitment.

Every engagement starts with a fixed, paid, clearly scoped deliverable — so you can judge the value before committing to a full programme.

3–5 working days

Authorisability diagnostic

When: the mission isn't frozen and the pathway — STS, PDRA or SORA — is uncertain.

  • Pathway decision and provisional SAIL view
  • Technical and operational blockers
  • Evidence, schedule and budget roadmap
Request a diagnostic

1–3 weeks

Independent SORA/SAIL review

When: an internal or supplier dossier needs challenge before submission.

  • Assumption audit: GRC, ARC, SAIL
  • OSO evidence matrix
  • Likely authority questions, answered early
Request a review

6–16+ weeks

SORA 2.5 dossier build

When: a new Specific-category authorisation is required.

  • ConOps, SORA, manuals, ERP and annexes
  • Compliance matrix and evidence coordination
  • Authority-response support

Long-term support

Authorisation maintenance

When: an approved operation will change, replicate or expand.

  • Regulatory watch and document control
  • Change classification and periodic review
  • Audit and authority support on call

Durations are planning indications, not promises — every project is unique at the outset. Scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria and fees are fixed in each proposal, so you get the most accurate picture possible before committing — including what remains the responsibility of the operator, the manufacturer and the authority.

03 · Method

Qualify. Demonstrate. Maintain.

Qualify

Validate regulatory feasibility before investing in a full dossier.

  • Mission, environment and aircraft scoping
  • Category and pathway decision
  • Provisional risk and SAIL implications
  • Gap map, decision gates, budget view

Demonstrate

Build the safety argument and the evidence behind it.

  • SORA, OSOs, containment and mitigations
  • Manuals, ERP and organisational evidence
  • Manufacturer and flight-test data coordination
  • Submission and authority-response support

Maintain

Keep the authorisation valid as the operation evolves.

  • Configuration and documentation control
  • Change assessment: aircraft, sites, missions
  • Replication to new routes and countries
  • Audits, training and safety management

Who decides what. The authority grants the authorisation — we never imply otherwise. The operator owns the operation; the manufacturer owns the aircraft evidence it committed to provide. Our role is to prepare, challenge and support the applicant so the decision is taken on a complete, coherent file.

04 · Sectors

Built for demanding missions.

Public safety & crisis response

One defensible framework across fire, flood, search-and-rescue and hazardous-material missions — air safety, doctrine and data protection together.

Infrastructure, energy & industry

Linear BVLOS inspection, docked systems and site operations that integrate with HSE, security and maintenance requirements — repeatably.

Logistics & medical delivery

Turn a pilot route into a network: a reusable safety baseline, controlled deltas per site and continuing governance.

Agriculture

Secure the season before it starts: regulatory scenario, responsibilities, procedures and dossier matched to your fields, aircraft and operating model.

Manufacturers & EU market entry

Can your drone be sold and operated in Europe — and does the addressable market justify the cost? Compliance pathway, use-case eligibility and return assessment.

Investors & founders

Technical, regulatory and market due diligence: test whether maturity, certification schedule, capital needs and market eligibility support the investment case.

05 · Why us

Independent, and accountable for coherence.

The hardest part of a complex operation is rarely one document. It is keeping the ConOps, the SORA, the aircraft evidence, the manuals and the organisation from contradicting one another — while the authority asks questions and the programme moves.

This is an industry built on individual trust: nobody shares operational data until they trust the professionalism of the person across the table. So here is who you will be dealing with.

  • Aeronautical engineering background
  • 15+ years of experience in aeronautical regulatory compliance and safety management
  • Real operational experience — we managed the authorisation processes and the lifecycle of some of the most innovative drone operations in Europe
  • Deep ecosystem understanding — fluent coordination across operator, manufacturer, end user, test organisation and authority
  • Active in the industry's responsible development — article authorship, book contributions, congress speaking, drone think-tank management and academic research

What we don't do

  • We never promise an authority decision or a fixed approval date.
  • We don't fill templates — we build traceable safety arguments.
  • We separate verified facts, client assumptions and consultant judgement in every deliverable.
  • We don't claim approvals, notified-body or authority status we do not hold.
  • Confidentiality and conflict checks come before any engagement between competing parties.
